RCI Heads Down Under ...

Of Crocs, Kangaroos & Kaolas: Royal Caribbean combines its signature active cruising experience with crocodiles, kangaroos and koala bears as Rhapsody of the Seas sails new itineraries to the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand along with her fresh, innovative Far East adventure. Three of the five new itineraries, sailing Sept. 28, Oct. 15, and Nov. 24, 2007, are charters by Cruiseco, a consortium of 120-plus cruise specialist travel agencies in Australia. On Oct. 27 and Nov. 10, Rhapsody sails round-trip 14-nighters from Sydney to New Zealand, bookable via travel agents in all global markets except Australia where bookings for the New Zealand sailings are sold exclusively through Cruiseco. For land-based adventure, RCI's cruisetour packages are out of Sydney. In January 2008, Rhapsody sails three 12-night open-jaws between Singapore and Hong Kong. For details, call (800) 327-6700.

G'day there,
Just a gentle warning for any folks who have been treated to the wonderful Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines customer service and conditions!

Read your conditions and cancellation policies carefully.

The customer service and conditions from CruiseCo are not what you may expect. !!!

We were booked on this cruise in late 2006 and needed to cancel the trip a few weeks later - Well over 6 months in advance of the sailing date.

Even though we had only been required to pay deposits for 2 people (3 of us travelling in the cabin) we were required to forfeit cancellation penalties for all 3 people travelling :-(
